If you are looking for a traditional, high class, English type of Pub, then Richard’s Pub is for you. Located in Móricz Zsigmond Square, the pub is just adjacent to the final stop of major tram line number 6, and is situated in the cellar of one of the old style apartment houses of the Square.

While not especially spectacular on the outside, interior-wise the pub is very well designed with air-conditioning and large spacious tables ad chairs, as well as separate “boxes” for larger groups of people. The drink inventory is rather large, with a separate cocktail menu and a wide range of bottled and on-tap beers. The pub also doubles as a restaurant, serving dishes that are both delicious and of considerable size and aesthetic value. The pub closes late in the evening, thus catering to late night dinners as well. Being a restaurant quite expensive by Hungarian standards, its customers are strictly middle-class and upwards, thus its excellent and friendly service.
